Start here: Go through your listing (or listings!) this week and ask yourself — What part of this story can I share?Whether it’s just listed, under contract, or recently sold, there’s always something valuable to post.

Think of this as your plug-and-play marketing plan for every listing.

These templates are designed to help you market your properties strategically, not randomly — using just one intentional post per phase of the listing:

  • New Listing
