🎯 STRATEGY:

Tell a real story about how you helped a buyer—focus on their journey, not just the closing photo. What challenge did they face? What mattered most to them? What made the win so sweet?

GREAT FOR:

  • Connecting with future buyers or sellers who want to feel seen and understood

  • Showcasing your value in a personal, non-salesy way

Don’t overthink the timeline—just choose the most recent buyer or seller you helped, even if it was a few weeks or months ago. The story is still valuable and relatable.

Add in the middle of the journey:
We [describe what you did together—toured homes, made a few offers, adjusted their must-haves, got creative with financing, etc.].
There were [any challenges or wins—low inventory, tough competition, timing concerns, etc.].

End with the win:
In the end, we found [describe the outcome—“a home that checked all the boxes,” “an off-market gem,” “their dream space,” etc.], and it felt like the perfect fit.

🏠 SELLER CONTENT IDEAS:

🎯STRATEGY:

Show the process of helping a seller—not just the final sale price. What mattered to them emotionally or financially? Did they need to sell fast? Were they downsizing or moving out of state? Let your audience see them in the story.

GREAT FOR:

  • Positioning yourself as a trusted listing expert

  • Earning future seller leads by sharing the value you bring

CONTENT IDEAS:

  • A seller who was nervous about pricing but got multiple offers

  • A home you helped prepare and market for top dollar

  • A seller who was relocating and needed a fast timeline

  • An inherited home with emotional ties

  • First-time seller who had questions and relied on your guidance

  • Highlighting a standout home staging or marketing success

🤳🏻 CONTENT TO SHOOT OR GATHER:

  • Before/after prep or staging shots

  • The sign going up (or coming down)

  • Behind-the-scenes: listing prep, open house, offer day

  • Closing photo or keys exchange

🎬 3 HOOK IDEAS (carousel or reel):

  1. “This seller needed to move fast—here’s how we made it happen”

  2. “How we sold their home above asking (and why that’s not just luck)”

  3. “Real Seller Story: From prep to closing in under 30 days 🏠”

✍🏽 CAPTION

Start with who they were and what they needed:
This seller was [describe their situation—relocating, downsizing, selling their first home, dealing with a fast timeline, managing an estate sale, etc.].

Explain how you supported them:
We focused on [list 1–2 things you did—staging, pricing strategy, marketing plan, prepping the home, creating a timeline, etc.].
There were a few [challenges, surprises, or big decisions], but we worked through them together.

Describe the result:
The home sold [describe outcome—quickly, above asking, to a great buyer, right on schedule, etc.], and they were able to [insert final outcome—relocate smoothly, move closer to family, start their next chapter, etc.].

Close with a soft CTA or takeaway:
Every seller’s story is different, and I’m always here to help you navigate yours.
If you’re thinking of selling, let’s talk about what that might look like for you.
