The Marketing Guide Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Affiliates must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid email address and a PayPal or bank account for receiving payments. Affiliates must not be banned from ThriveCart or other affiliate networks.
2. Enrollment To become an affiliate, you must sign up through our official affiliate signup page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
3. Referral Tracking Commissions are only earned on valid sales tracked through your unique referral link or coupon code. Self-referrals or purchases made using your own link/code are not eligible for commissions. We are not responsible for sales not properly tracked due to user error.
4. Commissions & Payments Commission rates are as stated in your affiliate dashboard or welcome materials. Reoccurring Payments are made monthly once the minimum Commissions will not be paid on refunded or canceled sales. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on commissions earned.
5. Promotion Guidelines Affiliates must promote ethically, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Spammy, misleading, or inappropriate marketing methods are strictly prohibited. Examples include: Sending unsolicited bulk emails Making false claims about our membership Using deceptive or fraudulent advertising Affiliates may only use branding, logos, and marketing materials provided or approved by us
6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violating these terms or engaging in unethical behavior. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the normal schedule.
7. Disclaimer & Liability Affiliates are solely responsible for their own promotional activities and compliance with applicable laws. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from affiliate activities.
8. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or dashboard notifications. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Intellectual Property Affiliates may not claim ownership of our content, branding, or materials. All materials provided are for promotional use only and must be used according to our guidelines. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
